Our district has adopted the "Long Term Player Development" model as published by the Canadian Soccer Association and our technical staff is available to our member youth clubs to assist in their player development programs.

, Mirco has achieved great success in the implementation of LTPD and coaching development. Mirco is a member of the OSA Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), OSA Learning Facilitator, OSA Provincial B and Pre-B Evaluator. In addition to his 10+ years of extensive coaching experience, Mirco was also an avid player for 20+ years in Germany, culminating as a semi-professional player with Ludwigsburg (Germany) in 2007. He also has a B.A. in Business Administration having worked in the financial industry. As the YRSA Technical Director, Micro is responsible for the promotion and development of soccer at all levels within our district. |
