The YRSA processes player registrations for our member clubs on behalf of the Ontario Soccer Association. All OSA Player Book Validation, Transfers, Deregistrations, Approvals of ATF's and AHEG's etc. are processed through the District Office for all our Member Clubs.
Coaches, Managers and Players are not permitted to come into the District Office to process any registrations. They must proceed through their Club, who will send a representative or administrator to process all forms of registration.
Team Player books are not completed "on the spot" - they are to be dropped off and will be completed with a turn-around time of between 3-5 business days depending on the time of year.
The YRSA for the first time created a Registration Procedures Manual that was distributed to all of our 16 Youth Clubs at the Club Administrator's Workshop prior to the 2010 Outdoor Season. The manual is meant to be used as a guide to YRSA and OSA Policies and Procedures with regard to Player Book Validating, Registration, Tournament and Exhibition Game policies. All coaches/managers should familiarize themselves with this manual so they are aware of the procedures at the District Office.
